Area Potential Survey to Assess Flood Damage and Livelihood Opportunities in Nuwakot and Rasuwa

COBDEPS Nuwakot, in partnership with Helvetas Nepal, conducted an Area Potential Survey in flood-affected areas of Rasuwa (Uttargaya and Gosaikunda) and Nuwakot (Bidur, Belkotgadhi, Kispang and Tarkeshwar) to assess the losses and damages caused by the floods and identify potential employment and job sectors for flood-affected people.

The assessment focuses on understanding the needs and challenges of affected communities while exploring local employment, skills and livelihood opportunities that can contribute to their economic recovery.
